Introduction

Project Management

Almost any human activity that involves carrying out a non-repetitive task can be a project,
But there is a big difference between carrying out a very simple project involving one or two people and one involving a complex mix of people, organisations and tasks.

Larger NGO’s frequently donate grants to smaller animal protections groups to fund specific projects. Quite often these projects are neither monitored; controlled, or perhaps field staff may not have a full and complete background in animal control issues to monitor them effectively.

Stray Animal Solutions can provide both Government & Non government organisations a unique service, in acting as a functional manager in their animal control projects. Is a project sustainable? Will it achieve the desired goals?

From the initial project proposal to the final objective, Stray Animal Solutions can on behalf of their clients :-

  • Develop and manage strategic animal management plans
  • Review roles and responsiblities of animal management teams
  • Prepare and disseminate relevant reports
  • Train staff in new approaches to stray companion anmal control
