Humane Animal Control

When handling animals, it is important that the correct equipment is utilised, this can be either purchased from specialist suppliers or home made.

The use of appropriate equipment is needed to:

  • Minimise risk of injury to the handler or animal
  • Minimise the stress placed upon the animal at point of capture

Unfortunately many organisations supply handlers with perfectly adequate tools, without considering the need for training in their use.

Stray Animal Solutions offers a wide range of course in humane stray animal control, including strategies and equipment use, which can be tailored to meet local needs. At Stray Animal Solutions we believe there is a humane method for stray animal control, and whenever any organisation or individual is engaged in this activity the animal’s welfare should never be compromised.
